The whole space for your guests only
At Zaciszańska 5 in Częstochowa we have 198 m² split into a 77 m² main hall, 4 metres high, and two bi-level apartments — White and Black. The hall has its own entrance from the corridor and its own toilet, so the party area and the sleeping area never get in each other’s way.
The main hall divides into three sections with independent sound and light: family tables in one, a children’s zone in another, a dance floor in the third. Sliding doors between the apartments let you join them into one large space or split them into two separate zones.

Light, sound and effects included in the space
The whole installation runs on Loxone automation: 17 RGBW lamps (14 linear + 3 hexagonal), 7 audio zones and zoned air conditioning. Instead of hiring light and sound externally, you set a scenario — one look as guests arrive, another for the cake, another for dancing.
On top of that: a 4K projector with an electrically retractable 120" screen (a photo slideshow, a film, karaoke), partial soundproofing in the main hall, automatic blackout of all windows, and special effects — smoke, heavy fog, cold sparks and strobes.
How the rental works
You book the date exclusively: no second group in the building, no shared rooms, no strangers in the kitchen. You set the start and the finish, because nobody is waiting for the hall after you.
Catering is up to you — two fully equipped kitchens let you cook on site, order from a company or bring your own chef. No imposed supplier, menu or minimum headcount. Cleaning after the party is agreed when you book.

Zaciszańska 5 in Częstochowa, Poland. Częstochowa Stradom station is about a 25-minute walk away, by car you are here in a few minutes — the fenced grounds include a closed, monitored car park for 20 cars.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from a typical banquet hall in Częstochowa?
- You rent the entire venue exclusively, including beds for 20 people, monitored parking and an outdoor area, and light, sound and the projector are part of the space rather than an extra service. There is no imposed caterer or menu.
- When can I book a date?
- Bookings are available from Q2 2027 (opening 9 January 2027). Dates are agreed individually — the fastest way is by e-mail: tomasz@palasz.net. We will soon release a dedicated calendar for checking available dates online.
- How many people does the space hold?
- Up to 20 people staying overnight (8 in the White apartment, 12 in the Black apartment) and a maximum of 30 people at an event. For the main hall on its own the rate is flat up to 20 participants, and every participant above 20 adds 20 PLN per day (30 people max in the hall). Day guests at a stay with accommodation cost 20 PLN per person for every started day.
- Can I arrange my own catering?
- Yes. There is no imposed caterer — two fully equipped kitchens are available, so you can cook on site, order from an outside company or simply bring the food yourself.
- Can guests stay the night?
- Yes. Both apartments are bi-level and together provide 20 beds, so family travelling from another city does not need a hotel or a night drive home.
- Is the space suitable for children?
- Yes — the apartments are bi-level and the main hall has sound-absorbing, anti-slip flooring and separate sections, so a calm zone for the youngest guests is easy to set up next to the adults.
