The whole of Larp Space behaves as one technical organism. Instead of a dozen separate remotes, apps and switches there is a single Loxone system holding light, temperature, air, blinds, ceiling fans, sound and room access in one hand. Designed and deployed by Luksystem Częstochowa.
The heart of the installation is a Loxone Miniserver in the switchboard. All the logic runs locally, inside the building — scenes fire instantly and keep working without an internet connection. The cloud is only a convenience for remote monitoring.
Lamps, blinds, air conditioning, ventilation, fans, audio zones and locks are wired individually rather than in groups. The system can therefore change a single lamp or a single room without touching the rest of the venue.
On top of that we build scenes: ready-made sets of states for every device. One command and the space moves from “conference” to “reactor failure” — blackout, colour, sound and temperature included.
What triggers a scene
This is not “smart lighting” bolted onto an ordinary building. At Larp Space Loxone runs seven areas at once — which is why a scene covers the entire space, not just the lamps.
Effect lighting is controlled lamp by lamp — each one with its own colour, brightness and transition. Functional lighting in the apartments and corridor sits on the same system.

Zoned air conditioning with a target temperature per room. The system knows when the venue is occupied and when standby mode is enough.
Separate setpoints for the apartments and the main hall
Air exchange is handled automatically — including the breaks between game blocks, when a dozen or more people have spent hours in the hall.

Electric blinds on every window. Full blackout is one item on the scene list rather than manual work before the game starts.

In the main hall the ceiling fans work alongside the air conditioning: they move air under the four-metre ceiling and help clear smoke quickly after effects.
Main hall, variable speed
Every zone can play something different: ambience in an apartment, an announcement in the hall, silence in the corridor. All from one panel.

Entrances to the apartments and to the main hall open electronically. Access can be granted for the rental period and revoked afterwards — no keys to swap.

The scenes below show what can live behind a single button. The list is open — tenants get ready-made presets, and on request we can record scenes tailored to a specific event scenario.

Scene names are examples. The programme is run by the tenant — we provide the space, the technology and the prepared presets.
A few hours before the rental starts the venue brings itself to the target temperature, airs the rooms out and sets a welcome light scene.
Blinds on every window come down together and daylight disappears — the move to complete darkness takes under a minute.
After a longer game block ventilation and ceiling fans step up to exchange the air in the hall before the next scene.
At a set hour the venue quietens the audio zones, fades out effect lighting and leaves gentle orientation light in the apartments.
Four access points — the apartments and the main hall — receive permissions for the booking and lose them when it ends.
With nobody on site the system lowers the temperature, switches off unused circuits and keeps an eye on energy use.
Rental available from the beginning of Q2 2027. Scenes and automations can be prepared for a specific event scenario — just tell us what should happen and when.
