Train connections from every regional capital
Częstochowa sits in the geographical centre of Poland, where the Warsaw–Katowice main railway line meets the A1 motorway. From 7 regional capitals — Opole, Katowice, Kraków, Kielce, Łódź, Wrocław, Warszawa — you get here by train in two hours or less, and the remaining ones are within a single day's travel. The recommended station is Częstochowa Stradom: from there it is a 25-minute walk to Zaciszańska 5.
Flying in? The closest airport is Katowice-Pyrzowice (KTW) — about 60 km, roughly 50 minutes by car, and there is a direct train from the airport to Częstochowa. Alternatives are Kraków-Balice (KRK, approx. 2 h) and Warsaw-Chopin (WAW, approx. 2.5 h); both connect by train via Katowice or Warszawa Centralna.

Train: PKP timetable (fastest weekday connection, 2026 timetable) to Częstochowa station. Car: shortest realistic time on motorways and expressways (A1, A4, S8, DK1/DK46) without traffic disruptions. Always check current timetables and road conditions before travelling.
Częstochowa has two stations — get off at Stradom
Trains call at two stations in Częstochowa: Częstochowa Stradom and Częstochowa Główna. When buying a ticket, aim for Stradom — it is by far the closest station to the venue and you can simply walk from there, with no transfers, no taxi and no luggage juggling.
If your train only stops at Częstochowa Główna, that is fine too. Główna is only slightly further out (about 3.3 km) and the transfer is trivial: a city bus or a Bolt ride for a few euros. We recommend Bolt over taxis, which can be significantly more expensive. Both options are described below.
Recommended: Częstochowa Stradom → on foot

- Leave Stradom station onto Generała Kazimierza Pułaskiego street.
- Follow Pułaskiego west through the roundabout, staying alongside the railway line (~650 m).
- After the second roundabout keep going straight along the tracks — the longest stretch, about 1 km.
- Turn into Zaciszańska street, briefly into Herbska, then back into Zaciszańska.
- You have arrived: Zaciszańska 5.
From Stradom without the walk: city bus or Bolt
Not keen on a 25-minute walk with luggage? There is an MPK bus stop right outside Stradom station on Pułaskiego street — take a bus towards Zaciszańska and get off at Św. Kingi (about 200 m from the venue) or Św. Jadwigi (about 550 m). The ride takes roughly 8–12 minutes and costs one single ticket. Check the line number and the next departure in Google Maps or the jakdojade app — MPK Częstochowa timetables do change.
Check connections from StradomWe recommend Bolt over taxis, which can be significantly more expensive. A Bolt from Stradom covers about 2.1 km — 5–7 minutes and usually PLN 10–15. The driver pulls up right at the gate and the gated car park, so with suitcases, after dark or in the rain this is the most comfortable option. Rank taxis normally wait in front of the station; treat the walk as the fair-weather choice.

From Częstochowa Główna by city bus
From the area around Częstochowa Główna (stops on al. Wolności / ul. Piłsudskiego) the MPK bus line 11 runs to the Św. Kingi stop — just about 200 m from the venue, a 2–3 minute walk. The whole ride takes little more than ten minutes on a single ticket, with no transfer. Lines 21 and 22 also serve the area (Św. Jadwigi stop, ~550 m).

From Częstochowa Główna — we recommend Bolt
It is about 3.3 km from Częstochowa Główna to Zaciszańska 5, a few minutes of driving. We recommend Bolt/Uber over taxis, which can be significantly more expensive. Bolt usually costs up to about PLN 15 one way (outside peak hours and surge pricing). For a larger group one car covers four people with luggage — cheaper and faster than working out a timetable.
A big advantage is the gated, monitored car park for 20 cars — the driver pulls up right at the gate, so guests with luggage do not walk a single unnecessary metre.
Bottom line for guests: buy your train ticket to Częstochowa Stradom — then arriving is just a walk, with no transfers. If you end up at Główna, no problem: MPK line 11 stops right by the venue, or take a Bolt for around PLN 15. We definitely recommend Bolt over taxis.
