It is a simple sum: the space rental (each night is priced by the weekday it starts on) plus 99 PLN for every person sleeping over (a made-up sleeping place with linen, charged once for the whole stay), any day guests, the add-ons you pick (covered outdoor area, earlier entry, later check-out) and the one-off cleaning. All prices are gross (VAT included) — we never add hidden fees.

Yes, every booking gets a VAT invoice. All amounts in the calculator are gross and already include 23% VAT, so the quote equals the amount on the invoice. Just send your billing details in the enquiry e-mail.

They are people who come for the day or the evening and stay until 24:00 at the latest on the same day — no overnight stay. The rate is 20 PLN per person for every started day (2 people × 3 days = 120 PLN) and covers their share of running and cleaning the venue. The calculator adds it in two places: (1) for stays with an overnight — in the “Day guests” field: number of people × 20 PLN × number of days; (2) for the main hall alone — the block rate is flat up to 20 participants and every participant above 20 costs +20 PLN (max. 30 people). For day rentals of the apartments or the whole space there is no such fee — every participant is included in the space price.

For the main hall alone you pay for a block of hours (4, 8, 12 hours or the whole day) and that rate is flat up to 20 participants. Only above 20 people does the calculator add the “Participants above 20” line — people above 20 × 20 PLN, with a hard limit of 30 in the hall. You set the number of participants in the calculator after choosing the “Main hall 77 m²” configuration.

The space rental is covered by the overnight group. A day guest only sees their own fee — we do not charge them a share of the hall or apartment rental. That keeps the split fair: people sleeping over share the rental cost, people coming for the day pay only for the time they spend with us.

Cleaning is always included in the final price — you never pay it on site. For rentals with the main hall (hall alone, hall with an apartment or the whole space) it is 300 PLN or 400 PLN added to the rate; for apartment-only stays (200 PLN for one, 400 PLN for both) it is built into the nightly rate, so it does not appear as a separate line. You do not have to vacuum or wash floors — just take the rubbish out and leave the equipment where you found it.

The 77 m² main hall is rented in hourly blocks: Monday to Thursday 500 PLN for 4 hours, 800 PLN for 8 hours, 1 000 PLN for 12 hours and 1 200 PLN for the whole day. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is 600 PLN, 900 PLN, 1 100 PLN and 1 400 PLN respectively. Add the one-off cleaning of 300 PLN — all of it is visible in the calculator.

No — the calculator is informational and is not a commercial offer within the meaning of art. 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code. We confirm the final quote and the date when you book. Sending an enquiry from the calculator is not a booking and no payment is due at that stage — you only pay after we confirm the date and you accept the terms by e-mail.

Not at the enquiry stage — nothing is due when you send the quote from the calculator. Only once you accept our confirmation do we ask for a booking deposit; the rest is settled before the event or on arrival — details are agreed in the confirmation e-mail. We do not take a damage bond for standard rentals; you are responsible for the equipment on the terms described in the house rules.

An overnight stay runs from 15:00 to 12:00 the next day. A rental without an overnight stay covers an event day from 12:00 to 24:00. For a multi-day rental, these are separate event days from 12:00 to 24:00, with no venue access overnight between them. “Early Birds” means entry from 12:00 on the first overnight day only (+150 PLN), while “Very Early Birds” means entry from 9:00 on the first day only (+300 PLN). “Late check-out” extends the last overnight day until 15:00 (+150 PLN), while “Party until 3:00” extends the last event day of a day rental only (+300 PLN).

From 1 to 7 overnight stays, or from 1 to 7 separate event days without an overnight stay. Each next period is discounted: the second −15%, the third −20% and from the fourth −25%. Event days run from 12:00 to 24:00 and do not include venue access overnight between them. For longer rentals we prepare an individual quote — just write or call.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are more expensive than the other days. Each night is priced by the day it starts on, so a stay from Thursday to Saturday has one night at the weekday rate and two at the weekend rate. The calculator handles this automatically and shows each night separately.

Rentals start at the beginning of Q2 2027. We take enquiries earlier, so if you have a date in mind, write to us — we note them in the order they arrive, and a date becomes a booking only after our written confirmation and your acceptance. An online availability calendar is coming soon.

In four steps. 1) You put the sentence together in the calculator and it shows the price for your configuration. 2) You click “Send an enquiry” — an e-mail opens with that amount and the whole breakdown, and sending it books nothing and costs nothing. 3) We check whether the date is free and reply by e-mail with a confirmation or the nearest alternative. 4) Only when you accept the confirmation does the booking exist — that is the moment we agree the deposit and the payment dates.

Write to us as soon as possible. If another date is free, we try to move the booking at no extra cost; for cancellations close to the event, the deposit rules are described in the agreement you receive with the confirmation.

All the equipment of the part you rent. Main hall: 3 independent sections, a 4K projector with a 120-inch screen and linear RGBW fixtures controlled individually through Loxone — 17 RGBW fixtures, 15 light zones and 7 sound zones across the venue. Apartments: their own light and climate control, a separate sound zone and a kitchen in each. If you take the main hall with both apartments, you get two separate kitchens — one for catering and prep, the other left to the group for coffee and meals. Air conditioning, electric blackout blinds and a closed, monitored car park for 20 cars come with every configuration. You choose your own catering — we impose no supplier.

All 198 m², meaning the 77 m² main hall with both apartments; the main hall with one apartment; the main hall alone (77 m²) with a toilet accessed from the corridor; or a single apartment: Black 56 m² or White 54 m². The calculator highlights on the floor plan which rooms are part of the chosen configuration and which stay locked.

No. Maximum 30 people at a time — a hard limit regardless of the configuration. The calculator enforces it: for the whole venue that is 20 people with an overnight stay and up to 10 day guests; smaller configurations have proportionally lower limits. With a bigger group, call us and we will suggest another solution.

Yes. The whole venue runs on Loxone: 15 light zones, 7 sound zones, blackout blinds, climate and special effects are operated from panels and your phone. Before the event we show you how to prepare your own scenes and scenarios so you do not need us during your programme.

Each apartment has its own kitchen and you choose the catering yourself — we impose no supplier and take no commission. With the main hall and both apartments you can use one kitchen for prep and serving and leave the other to the group.

Yes, the whole floor is designed as a closed loop rather than a series of dead ends. From the corridor you enter both apartments and the main hall; from the main hall you walk straight into the White room and back the same or the other way round. Every room has its own door, so you never walk through someone’s bedroom. Zones can be joined or split: you rent exactly what you need and the rest stays locked.

A sleeping place with linen is one flat fee of 99 PLN per person for the whole stay, regardless of the number of nights — linen and a towel are standard. We do not offer beds without linen: sleeping places are made up before you arrive. We do not change linen or towels during the stay (up to 7 days).

Up to 20 people: 12 in the Black apartment and 8 in the White apartment. When renting a single apartment the overnight limit matches that apartment, and day guests can be added up to the total limit for the configuration: 8 people for the White apartment, 12 for Black, 20 for both apartments and 30 for rentals with the main hall.

Day guests come for the day or the evening and stay until 24:00 at the latest on the same day — no overnight stay. They only pay 20 PLN per person for every started day, with no share of the space rental. You enter them in the calculator in the “Day guests” field and the quote shows the line “number of people × 20 PLN × number of days”.

We rent the space with the full audio-video equipment, lighting and effects; the script and the course of the event are run by the group renting it. We show you how the light, sound and effect control works so you can use the venue to the fullest during your own programme.

Larps and tabletop sessions, birthdays and family celebrations, company retreats, training and small-group conferences, photo and video shoots, and group stays with an overnight. The space is neutral and fully controllable, so it works equally well for a fictional set and a business meeting.

Yes, your own set and props are absolutely fine — we only ask for mounting that does not damage walls, ceilings and equipment, and for taking everything away afterwards. Planning something bigger? Describe it in the e-mail and we will agree on the mounting together.

The venue is prepared for loud events inside and the windows have blackout blinds — we do ask you to stay quiet outside the building and in the car park at night. Alcohol on the group’s own terms is allowed for adults; we do not sell alcohol and we do not host events for children.

Pets are accepted only when agreed by e-mail in advance, for stays with an overnight and under the owner’s supervision. Mention it when booking so we can prepare the space.

No. Larp Space is on the first floor and stairs are the only way up, so we cannot host wheelchair users or anyone for whom stairs are an obstacle. It is worth telling the whole group before booking.

We are in Częstochowa, in the centre of Poland, with good rail connections to most regional capitals. Every configuration includes a closed, monitored car park for 20 cars, so a group arriving in several cars does not have to look for street parking.

Yes. Częstochowa sits on the main railway line and from the station you reach us in a few minutes by city transport or taxi. For groups travelling from different parts of Poland it is usually the simplest way to meet in one place on the same day.
