An 18th birthday party nobody has to drive home from
Two things spoil an 18th: the venue’s closing time and getting guests home at dawn. Here the building is yours alone and the apartments provide 20 beds — the party ends when it ends, and parents do not have to organise lifts.
The 77 m² main hall, 4 metres high, has three sections with independent sound and club lighting, partial soundproofing and automatic blackout. Plus special effects: smoke, heavy fog, cold sparks and strobes — no separate technical company needed.

A child’s birthday in a sci-fi setting
For younger guests the space itself is the main attraction: two bi-level apartments styled like a spaceship, controlled light from 17 RGBW lamps and the option to black out the hall in the middle of the day. Instead of an entertainer in an ordinary hall, the children get somewhere to run between levels.
The 4K projector and 120" screen work for a film, a console or a photo slideshow, and the fenced outdoor area with a barbecue lets everyone go outside. The hall has sound-absorbing, anti-slip flooring.
Adult birthdays, anniversaries and themed evenings
For milestone birthdays the modular layout works well: tables in one section, a dance floor in another, a quieter zone for conversation in an apartment. Catering your own or ordered, music from your own playlist across 7 independent audio zones.
If you want more than an ordinary party, the space was built for immersive events and LARPs, so a themed evening with a script, lighting and AI voice narration is entirely possible.

Zaciszańska 5 in Częstochowa, Poland. Częstochowa Stradom station is about a 25-minute walk away, by car you are here in a few minutes — the fenced grounds include a closed, monitored car park for 20 cars.
How the rental works
You book the date exclusively: no second group in the building, no shared rooms, no strangers in the kitchen. You set the start and the finish, because nobody is waiting for the hall after you.
Catering is up to you — two fully equipped kitchens let you cook on site, order from a company or bring your own chef. No imposed supplier, menu or minimum headcount. Cleaning after the party is agreed when you book.
Pick any scope: all 198 m², the 77 m² main hall with the White or Black apartment, the hall with both, a single apartment, or the hall alone.
Frequently asked questions
- How late can the birthday party go on?
- The venue is rented exclusively and stands on fenced, private grounds, and guests can stay the night (20 beds), so there is no fixed leaving time. We agree the details when booking the date.
- Can we plug in our own music and a DJ?
- Yes. The sound system runs in 7 independent zones with Loxone automation — you can play your own playlist, and the main hall also takes a DJ’s equipment.
- Are special effects available?
- Yes: smoke and heavy fog machines, cold sparks, strobes and full blackout of all windows. They are part of the venue’s equipment.
- Where exactly in Częstochowa is the venue?
- At Zaciszańska 5 — a quiet street with fenced, closed grounds. Częstochowa Stradom station is about a 25-minute walk and Katowice-Pyrzowice airport is roughly an hour away by the A1 motorway.
- Will guests from other cities get here easily?
- Yes. Częstochowa sits in the transport centre of Poland — most regional capitals are under three hours away by train. Częstochowa Stradom station is a 25-minute walk, and on site there is monitored parking for 20 cars. Travel times from 18 cities are listed on the “Getting here” page.
- When can I book a date?
- Bookings are available from Q2 2027 (opening 9 January 2027). Dates are agreed individually — the fastest way is by e-mail: tomasz@palasz.net. We will soon release a dedicated calendar for checking available dates online.
- How many people does the space hold?
- Up to 20 people staying overnight (8 in the White apartment, 12 in the Black apartment) and a maximum of 30 people at an event. For the main hall on its own the rate is flat up to 20 participants, and every participant above 20 adds 20 PLN per day (30 people max in the hall). Day guests at a stay with accommodation cost 20 PLN per person for every started day.
- Can I arrange my own catering?
- Yes. There is no imposed caterer — two fully equipped kitchens are available, so you can cook on site, order from an outside company or simply bring the food yourself.
