Party and accommodation in one place
A hen or stag party usually breaks down over logistics: the venue closes at a set hour and then a dozen or more people have to be driven across Częstochowa. Here you rent the entire venue — 198 m² exclusively — and the White and Black apartments together provide 20 beds.
The 77 m² main hall has three sections with independent sound and club lighting, partial soundproofing and automatic blackout. Special effects are available: smoke, heavy fog, cold sparks and strobes — with no technical company to hire.

A script instead of an ordinary party
The venue was built for immersive events and LARPs, so the evening can have a script: a sci-fi mission, tasks in successive rooms, light and sound changing with the story, AI voice narration (ElevenLabs) guiding the group.
If you prefer the classic version, there is still the dance floor, your own playlist across 7 audio zones, the 4K projector for karaoke or a photo slideshow, and the barbecue in the private outdoor area.

Zaciszańska 5 in Częstochowa, Poland. Częstochowa Stradom station is about a 25-minute walk away, by car you are here in a few minutes — the fenced grounds include a closed, monitored car park for 20 cars.
How the rental works
You book the date exclusively: no second group in the building, no shared rooms, no strangers in the kitchen. You set the start and the finish, because nobody is waiting for the hall after you.
Catering is up to you — two fully equipped kitchens let you cook on site, order from a company or bring your own chef. No imposed supplier, menu or minimum headcount. Cleaning after the party is agreed when you book.
Pick any scope: all 198 m², the 77 m² main hall with the White or Black apartment, the hall with both, a single apartment, or the hall alone.
Frequently asked questions
- Will the neighbours be a problem?
- The venue stands on fenced, closed grounds, and the main hall is partly soundproofed — structural mats on the ceiling and sound-absorbing flooring. It is not studio acoustics, but reverberation is noticeably dampened.
- Can we bring our own drinks and catering?
- Yes. We do not impose a supplier or a menu — there are two fully equipped kitchens and a barbecue in the outdoor area.
- How many people can stay the night after the party?
- Up to 20 — 8 beds in the White apartment and 12 in the Black apartment.
- When can I book a date?
- Bookings are available from Q2 2027 (opening 9 January 2027). Dates are agreed individually — the fastest way is by e-mail: tomasz@palasz.net. We will soon release a dedicated calendar for checking available dates online.
- How many people does the space hold?
- Up to 20 people staying overnight (8 in the White apartment, 12 in the Black apartment) and a maximum of 30 people at an event. For the main hall on its own the rate is flat up to 20 participants, and every participant above 20 adds 20 PLN per day (30 people max in the hall). Day guests at a stay with accommodation cost 20 PLN per person for every started day.
- Can I arrange my own catering?
- Yes. There is no imposed caterer — two fully equipped kitchens are available, so you can cook on site, order from an outside company or simply bring the food yourself.
